Being from Puerto Rico, Goya has always been an integral part of my existence and sustenance. Images of my mother and my grandmothers opening cans of Goya Spanish tomato sauce and a variety of Goya beans will forever be engrained in my childhood memory.

 

I am a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, have trained under Michelin Star Chefs, have 40 years of culinary experience under my belt, and to this day I rely on Goya in the pursuit of classic and modern interpretations of the foods I grew up with, as well as in the creation of my own signature dishes. I stand by their brand for the unparalleled consistency and superior quality of their products.

 

When it comes down to the Latin products in my pantry, my choice is always Goya, simply because they are the very best. “Si es Goya tiene que ser bueno” - and it is!
